Your body is unique. I dig that!

You are beautiful and worthy just as you are. You will never be guilted or shamed to change anything about you. I recognize the disconnect between the concepts of “weight” and “size” and “beauty” and “health”. I don’t believe the HYPE!

Understanding your challenges and deeply held beliefs is the first step to overcoming them. We all face challenges that are specific to us and our experiences, including our self-image. It is in the commonalities of these feelings where a connection to someone who can help is possible.

Discovering Your Why

Why are you here, on the internet, searching for acceptance and appreciation for wondrous body?

  • Are you someone, like me, who is in the yo-yo diet cycle and want to cut the strings?
  • Is your glorious spirit housed in a body that is unduly judged when you do try to move joyfully?
  • Are you a new or repeat parent, struggling to “bounce back” or struggling to balance to balance this new life?
  • Are you basically healthy but cannot see past “flaws” or are struggling to love your body?

Any one or combination of these or other reasons are all ok. I am glad that you know that there is a different–a better way–to experience life with the body you have right now!

What do you need or want?

  • Maybe you want to break free from comparisons, judgements, and negative self-talk patterns?
  • Maybe you just want fun workouts in an uplifting and welcoming community?
  • Maybe you just want to feel good in and about the body you have now?

Who do I trust?

With everyone so connected on the internet, it seems that everyone is the expert.

My current professional background includes:

  • Dual Master’s degree in Business Administration and Public Health (focusing on Community Health Services and Policy)
  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor
  • SCW Certified Yoga I/II; Nutrition Coaching; Functional & Corrective Exercise
  • Tabata Bootcamp Instructor/R.I.P.P.E.D.

If you want to experience the wonders of your body, I can help. I have overcame the clutches of the Diet Culture and have struggled to reclaim my autonomy and reconnect with my internal wisdom. I have helped many women identify limiting beliefs and develop a positive relationship with their body and themselves.

Through my journey, I discovered several schools of Body Positivity and most accurately align with the Health at Every Size (r) paradigm, Intuitive Eating tenets, and believe body acceptance is a goal that everyone can achieve. I am currently seeking to deepen my skillset, always expanding my knowledge with accredited and reliable science-backed information, and am enrolled in an internationally-accredited advanced holistic practitioner diploma program that dives deep into the mind-body connection, and functional and intuitive eating protocols.


How our bodies look are not always how we see them. With the rise of social media and photo editing software, the ideal body image has become all but attainable—or so we think. Our bodies allow us to see the most amazing summer sunset, taste the yummiest savory meal on a cold day, smell the freshest flowers on a spring day, touch the softest pillow after a long day, and hear our newborn baby laugh for the first time. Learning to feel gratitude and appreciation for your body for what it provides and performs is an important starting point. Any woman can learn to accept and appreciate her unique frame.


No matter how you see yourself now, you will learn to honor your body and treat it well. Knowing that you are receiving credible information for me is of the upmost importance! Through working with me, you get an experienced and objective perspective (not unlike a trusted friend) AND the proven methods and tools to help you identify and remove the obstacles in the way! My programs are evidenced-based and the positive psychology based support are designed to be specific to YOU because we are all unique. We only get one body in this lifetime so we should care for it well. Furthermore, we should not spend our whole life hating the only body we will ever have.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED?


Lifestyle changes are key, but let’s be honest…change is requires effort, dedication, and the right tools. Like I said before, becoming happier with your body now may be the hardest, most courageous, and rewarding work you will do. But, you will not do it alone.


I understand that each day brings about new challenges and some days are much more challenging than others. I’m here to show you that finding and maintaining a healthy balance is not only possible, but it is also closer to your grasp than you realize.


In my coaching programs, I explain the keys steps you can take to work with your body instead of against it and fuel it with the healthy nutrients your body is craving; the goal is not weight loss (or gain) but improving your health and happiness. This can be achieved at any size, shape, or ability.

This all sounds great, but I feel like I have already tried everything!


Motivation and willpower are great when you have it. This is usually high when you decide to try and reach a healthy relationship with your body but it is usually short lived. There will be days when you need to find a different coping method to deal with your daily stressors and emotional highs and lows. Having me as your personal accountability partner will help increase your ability to reach your goals—even when you aren’t keen or motivated to do so. We also will work one-on-one to continue to refine your habits as your lifestyle changes.

Each program is tailor-made for YOU. Generic programs are just that, generic.
They don’t take into account the most important aspect: that you are uniquely you! While there may be some overlap or commonalities, you have different needs and wants from my previous 10 clients, and deserve to be treated on YOUR challenges and strengths.
